Refund & Cancellation

1. Eligibility

Individual purchasers who enroll directly with CoreSpan Academy may request a full refund within fourteen days of payment provided no live session or lab access has started and no custom materials were delivered. Enterprise agreements follow the cancellation clauses in signed statements of work, which may extend or shorten windows based on resource allocation. Summit registrations remain refundable until the published cutoff date, typically fourteen days before the event unless stated otherwise on the ticket page. Korean consumers retain statutory rights under the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Electronic Commerce Act where those laws provide broader protections than this policy.

2. Exceptions

No refund is available after you have attended more than twenty percent of scheduled live hours, downloaded secure lab credentials, or received bespoke runbooks containing your organization’s identifiers. Add-on incident simulations that required third-party facilitators are non-refundable once staffing is confirmed. If CoreSpan Academy cancels a cohort, you may choose a credit toward a future date or a full refund regardless of the exceptions above. Partial refunds for illness or travel disruption are discretionary and require documentation; they are evaluated case-by-case without guarantee.

3. Contact

Submit refund requests to contact@hub-merge.one with your order reference, cohort name, and reason for cancellation. Enterprise sponsors should copy their account manager to accelerate reconciliation. We may request identity verification before processing to prevent fraud. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we issue bank transfers for Korean won amounts with accompanying receipts. You will receive a written decision within ten business days of a complete request.

4. Timeframe

After approval, financial institutions typically settle card refunds within five to ten business days; CoreSpan Academy is not responsible for issuer-side delays. Bank transfer refunds for domestic accounts generally complete within three business days once initiated. Credits for future services remain valid for twelve months unless a written agreement specifies a different period. Statute-of-limitations questions are governed by Korean civil law; nothing here shortens non-waivable consumer timelines.

5. Scope

This policy covers tuition-style fees listed on hub-merge.one for courses, workshops, and summit tickets. Travel, lodging, and third-party certification exam fees are outside our scope. Taxes withheld or invoiced separately follow the original invoice treatment. If you received a discount tied to a multi-seat purchase and later reduce seat count, we may recalculate pricing before issuing partial refunds. Disputes about scope are handled under the Terms of Use governing law clause.
